Campaign Design // Typography Design For Print
Project Featured On Grilli Type
In this publication I replicated the visual experience of the high-street to inform and provoke thought on consumerist advertisement using type, layout and colour.
Over the past few years i’ve been drawn to take notice of typography we see every day and how its used to convey messages directly to us through high street shop front consumerist advertisements.
Realising how persuasive it can be in impacting peoples
emotions and thought processes in the city centre I decided to use similar tactics to visually directly inform shoppers of Leeds
of these tactics.
By designing a free pocket publication I replicated the visual experience of a high street such as the advertisements repetition, saturation, tone of voice and persuasiveness of them through type, layout, colour and my use of materials.
